Why we exist
We wanted fewer things—the ones that earned the morning.
The feeds keep multiplying. Newsletters, podcasts, subreddits, YouTube channels, city papers—each worth something, all together impossible to keep up with. So most of us skim, feel behind, and quietly worry we missed the one thing that mattered.
We did not want another feed. We built the thing we wanted to open every morning: a lot of reading returned as one editorial brief before the coffee is cool.

Small team, on purpose. We choose models for the quality of what they produce, preserve the original source trail, and throw out anything Scottie cannot support.
